By accessing and using Gov Image & PDF Tool ("the Tool"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Tool.

Gov Image & PDF Tool is a free, browser-based utility that allows users to compress, convert, create, and validate image and PDF files. The Tool is provided by R Gowtham under the Wanderseven brand.

3. Use of the Tool
You agree to use the Tool only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the Tool to process files containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Tool's source code beyond what is permitted by applicable open-source licences
- Use automated scripts or bots to abuse or overwhelm the Tool
- Misrepresent the origin or authenticity of documents processed using the Tool
4. Intellectual Property
The Tool's design, code structure, and original content are the property of Wanderseven / R Gowtham and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source libraries used by the Tool are subject to their respective licences.
You retain full ownership of any files you process using the Tool. We make no claim over any content you create, compress, convert, or download.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
We do not guarantee that the output of the Tool will meet the specific requirements of any government portal or authority. It is your responsibility to verify compliance before submission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wanderseven and R Gowtham shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Tool
- Any file loss, corruption, or processing error
- Rejection of documents by any government portal or authority
- Any unauthorised access to your files (noting that all processing is local)
7. Third-Party Libraries
The Tool uses third-party open-source JavaScript libraries (jsPDF, PDF.js, pdf-lib, UTIF.js, heic2any). Their use is subject to their respective open-source licences. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the behaviour of these libraries.
8. Changes to the Tool and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Tool shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
